Induction Melting

Induction melting furnaces installed ranging from 100 Kg to 700 Kg.
These furnaces are ruggedly built with heavy structural steel for trouble free operation under harsh melt shop conditions.

Molding / Core Making

Intensive mixer is very useful for sand mixing. AMT considers all the aspects of modern sand preparation techniques. It creates the conditions for a perfect mix with uniform properties : by full homogenization of the sand and effective integration of water, bonding clay and additives. The design fulfils all the requirements for excellent sand quality which is essential for the consistent production of high quality castings. Further they offer technical advantages which are reflected in reduced sand preparation costs.

Rotary Drum Type Siever

AMT has installed drum type sand Siever which is intensively used for sand sieving applications. The drum is fabricated and mounted on two rigid frames. The drum is wrapped with required M.S. mesh sieve. Sieve is replaceable.

Tea Spot Pouring

Tea Spout Pouring & Treatment Ladle
The tilting ladles are installed to meet the Indian standard specification to the extent applicable. The ladles are geared, lip pouring, crane suspended, tea pot spout and drum type ladles for iron foundries and geared and crane suspended bottom pouring ladles for steel foundries.

Molding Boxes

Moulding boxes are used to prepare the sand-moulds from various types of sand. The typical process is, the sand is packed in through a vibratory process called ramming, and in this case, periodically screeded level. The surface of the sand may then be stabilized with a sizing compound. The pattern is placed on the sand and another moulding box segment is added
