Molding / Core Making

At Alloy Master Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we know that the foundation of high-quality castings begins with accurate and consistent sand preparation. Our molding and core-making facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art sand mixers that ensure every batch of sand is homogeneous, strong, and ready for precision casting.


Intensive Sand Mixing for Consistent Quality

Our Intensive Sand Mixer, with a capacity of 2 metric tons per hour, is central to our sand preparation process. This mixer allows us to achieve perfect homogenization of the sand, ensuring uniform properties throughout the mixture. By effectively integrating water, bonding clay, and additives, the mixer produces sand that meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.


The benefits are significant:

  • Uniform sand properties for predictable casting behavior.

  • Enhanced mold strength and stability, reducing casting defects.

  • Optimized sand preparation costs, thanks to the efficiency of the system.


Additional Muller Sand Mixer for Precision

For smaller batches and specialized applications, we also use an Additional Muller Sand Mixer with a capacity of 0.5 metric tons per hour. This mixer is equipped with two mullers that have wide mulling faces and precise weight distribution.


Key features include:

  • Efficient mulling action without crushing the sand grains.

  • Hinged mullers supported by springs, allowing them to float over the sand with constant pressure.

  • Adjustable gap between mullers and pan plate, giving precise control over sand strength and consistency.

This flexibility allows us to tailor sand properties according to the specific requirements of each casting, whether it’s for complex geometries or high-performance alloys.
