He actively participates in QCI-NABL programs and has successfully implemented QMS in accordance with ISO/IEC-17025, ISO/IEC-17043, and ISO-17034 throughout his professional journey. Furthermore, he holds an IRCA Certification as a Lead Assessor for ISO-9001 and is an ISO-17034 NABL Assessor.
Throughout his career, he has closely collaborated on IS/AS/ASTM/DIN/JIS/EN specifications for metals and alloys. Shri Warghade has also attended numerous National/International conclaves, both locally and in the United States of America (ASTM-NIST).
With an academic background in mechanical engineering, he has been associated with the automotive and non-automotive industries for 12 years in his service with NECO Group, Bagla Group, ENDURANCE, and Analytical Instruments.

With over 12 years of expertise in manufacturing & analytical operations. With a strong analytical foundation, holding a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Smt. Suvarna brings a deep understanding of both technical and operational processes to the table. Her leadership spans across multiple critical areas including manufacturing, machining, and supply chain management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every stage.
Her technical knowledge in analytical chemistry plays a vital role in maintaining the high-quality standards of our products. Under her guidance, we ensure the precise calibration and maintenance of sophisticated instruments such as the Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) for chemical properties, as well as other equipment used for mechanical testing.
