Chemical Analysis

Compact stationary spark OES analyzer used to determine all elements used in the metal industry including trace analysis of carbon, phosphorus, Sulphur and nitrogen.

Smart Lab

SMART LAB is a microprocessor based instrument for quick thermal analysis of the iron melt before it is poured; this makes it possible to correct the melt for optimization & ensures higher quality when pouring. It is specially engineered to suit the foundry environment.

Portable Dynamic Hardness Tester

The Portable Hardness Tester is used for any metallic product with a minimum of 0.5kg solid mass, can be tested according to the Leeb principle. The LCD display shows hardness values in all common scales, including HRC, HRB, HRA, HV, HB, HS and HLD.

Sand Testing Equipment

AMT has the well-equipped sand testing lab which includes the following equipment:

Sieve Shaker for AFS analysis (Sand Particle Size)
Sieve Set – 53, 75, 106, 150, 212, 300, 425, 600, 850 1700 micron

Metallography

Inverted Metallurgical Microscope is used for structure analysis, the microscope producing clear and high-quality images. We use only best in grade components and progressive machinery in engineering this microscope under the vigilance of our professionals.
