Design and Development
At AlloyMaster®, design and development form the backbone of our manufacturing excellence. Our collaboration allows us to seamlessly blend traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to deliver precision-engineered patterns that meet diverse industrial needs.
Collaboration for Capacity & Flexibility
To strengthen our pattern-making capabilities, we partner with M/s. Rohit Pattern Works (PCMC) for subcontracted pattern manufacturing activities. This collaboration allows us to
-
Scale production faster
-
Take on complex, large-volume projects
-
Ensure consistent delivery without compromising on quality

Design Capabilities
-
2D & 3D Engineering
We work with both 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD design models to accurately translate customer concepts into functional and reliable casting solutions. By using advanced simulation and design validation tools, we eliminate errors before production and ensure castings meet global quality standards.

-
Engineering for Performance
Our design team focuses on strength, durability, cost-effectiveness, and production feasibility. Every pattern is optimized to withstand demanding applications across industries such as automotive, engineering, oil & gas, power generation, and heavy machinery.
Pattern-Making Expertise
Our pattern-making collaboration facility is capable of producing moulds in a wide range of materials, each chosen based on production volume, application, and casting complexity
-
High Strength Tick Wood / Commercial Wood – Durable and reliable for consistent results.
-
High Dense Thermocol – Lightweight and cost-effective, ideal for prototypes.
-
Aluminium / Cast Iron – Strong, reusable patterns for repetitive production.
-

Types of Patterns We Offer
Depending on the scale and requirement of production, we manufacture different types of patterns, each designed to optimize cost and quality:
Thermocol Patterns – Perfect for one-time use in prototyping and development.

Wooden Patterns – Ideal for small batch production due to ease of modification.
Aluminium Patterns – Commonly used in manual moulding with no-bake processes.
Cast Iron (CI) Patterns – Engineered for machine-based shell moulding, suitable for mass production with high precision and surface finish.

Smart Storage & Handling
Our dedicated pattern shop is equipped with a fully automated mobile racking system, ensuring:
-
Optimized space utilization
-
Quick retrieval of stored patterns
-
Organized storage for different batch sizes
-
Reduced handling time and faster turnaround
This advanced system enhances efficiency, minimizes downtime, and contributes to a smoother production flow.
